Concept

Ferrari Colchester engaged our team to deliver an exclusive private launch event for the highly anticipated Ferrari Roma Spider. The objective was to provide an exceptional brand experience that reflected Ferrari’s global standards of luxury, performance, and innovation. The event was designed to offer VIP guests rare access to Ferrari’s most prestigious models within a highly curated, immersive environment. The Diamond Hangar at Stansted was selected as the venue, providing the ideal backdrop to showcase Ferrari’s heritage and contemporary design excellence.


Planning

Working closely with Ferrari Colchester and Rafael’s team at the time, a comprehensive event strategy was developed, covering every element — from guest journey planning to creative concept development, technical production, and venue transformation. The guest list, logistics, and security protocols were managed with the utmost discretion to uphold the exclusivity and privacy expected at this level.

An extraordinary vehicle line-up was curated for the occasion, including the FXX, Enzo, F40, F50, LaFerrari Aperta, and a 599XX, providing a visual celebration of Ferrari’s engineering legacy and reinforcing the brand’s commitment to excellence.


Execution

The Diamond Hangar was transformed into a sophisticated, immersive environment that embodied Ferrari’s brand values. The centrepiece of the evening was the reveal of the Ferrari Roma Spider, presented through a choreographed dance and light show designed to enhance the unveiling moment and create an atmosphere of anticipation and excitement.

All operational elements — including guest logistics, hospitality, technical production, entertainment, and brand presentation — were executed to an uncompromising standard. The result was a seamless, high-impact event that delivered a flawless guest experience in line with Ferrari’s global expectations.
